Moving & Handling Annual Update training is for staff who have had the full-day M&H training within the last three years.

• Explain how the law guides and protects you
• Describe the risk assessment process for manual handling tasks
• Demonstrate efficient movement principles
• Demonstrate practical techniques of moving & handling loads and people
