This course develops skills, knowledge and understanding of the importance of good personal and workplace hygiene. It allows learners to take responsibility for food safety in a catering environment. They will also understand how to keep food safe from contamination.
This qualification is intended for learners wanting to undertake training or to further develop knowledge and/or skills in this subject area.
Please note: You will be required to supply registration details at least 10 working days before the course date. The registration form will be sent to you by email. If you book a place on this course with fewer than 10 working days to go before the course date, or do not supply the registration information by the deadline, your booking will be cancelled and refunded.
